The quality of your stay greatly depends on which building you live in. Some buildings are extremely quiet and you won't ever hear your neighbors. Other buildings have college aged kids who play music loudly, have parties late at night, and create a very unfavorable environment.

The third floor has high ceilings and the windows do not seem to be insulated. As a result, heating bills are in the hundreds even with the thermostat set at 70 in the winter. In the summer, the air conditioning smells like mildew every time it starts up and the temp in the apt won't drop below 75 even with the air running all day.

On the upside, the nearby park is great for kids. The back of our apt faces a dense woods so it's pretty. Maintenance seems fairly responsive to addressing issues, although the excellent maintenance guy left and was replaced by someone else.

The other issue is for those who are sensitive to noise. There is a railroad that runs along the back of the apt complex. This may not be evident during the time of day you visit the complex, but trust me, the train is going to make a lot of noise when it passes at all times during the night and day. The train also tends to blow its horn everytime it passes creating even more noise.

Parking spaces are pretty much available. We've had no roach or ant problems.

If it wasn't for the noisy neighbors, I'd recommend this place even more.
