We lived in this place for 2 years and we had no problems at all. The staff was very friendly and prompt with the maintenance. The downside is that the train tracks are right behind and you can hear the trains every time they pass by. Secondly, there have been snakes sighted in this complex because of the wooded area right behind the complex. As far as apartments are concerned, they are pretty well maintained and are a good deal for the price you pay for them. The neighborhood is pretty safe. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
