I live at the reserve right now and can say it was probably the biggest mistake we made. First off we were told a certain date to move in and so we planned on moving in on the weekend it was convenient, however, when we contacted the office and told them we were ready to move in they said it still wasn't ready and it may be ready on the date told to us but they couldnt guarantee it. Finally we moved in. The bathroom still wasn't able to be used the place was a wreck from the workers. They hadn't vaccumed or anything. Our patio was left with debris all over it. Then as our time there grew things started falling apart. Floor boards in the kitchen came off, the cable was apparently wired wrong so for three days I was inconvenienced having guys come in and out drilling holes in the wall and leaving them there. They broke one of the outlets off the wall and failed to tell us. Then our toilet runs non stop. We have brought this to their attention and apparently it was fixed for a day and continues to run through out the night. The neighbors there are constantly loud and allow the children to run the halls all hours of the night and leave their toys all over the grounds outside. The dumpster is constantly over flowing and at night you can see many raccoons going in and out. When we first moved in it seemed like a great place to live. I quickly learned appearance isn't everything and the management staff could care less. Good luck to you if you move here!!

I agree with this post, I submitted something very similar to this a couple months ago but this complex was still under vangaurd apts so I don't think anyone saw it. But our lease is up July 31st and we couldn't be happier. The only thing we are worried about now is being charged for things that are wrong with this place, and things that have fallen apart during our stay here due to poor craftsmanship.

I am actually trying to find out who owns this place and talk to them. They probably have no idea how bad this place is put together. I agree I dont want to end up paying for things there people have screwed up. Also I have a problem with making sure my stuff is safe there was a problem in my apartment building with maitenance people stealing stuff out of any apartment. Do they know who they are hirinig?

Legacy Management owns them, they are getting a long letter from me when I move out, they are getting one from my neighbor when they move out, I know 2 others that have sent letters out as well.

Count me in on the letter writing! The management(i.e Bridget) is horrible to deal with.I live in one of the "ghetto units" that hasn't been rehabbed. The window in the front bedroom is so poorly insulated that the window may as well be open. It's a colossal waste of time to tell the Red Menace because a job like the hvac that was done that was supposed to take three weeks took two-and a half months. I don't want anyone in my apartment when I'm not there either. I'm done with this place!!!!!!

Legacy Management owns them and built them! They don't care as long as they get your money! They will not fire the red head because who else would they hire at the low amount of money they pay the staff. Honestly, they could care less!
