Well I have read some of your reviews and am quite surprised. I normally dont pay any attention to sites like this because it attracts people who are miserable and have nothing better to do but complain. But I would like to set some things straight about where I call home. First, the staff is wonderful. I have always been called after each time maintenence has been in my home to see how well the work had been done and if I was happy. Who does that' Then, I always see the staff out working. They are always friendly and helpful. Yes, it has been difficult at times to deal with some of the improvements here, but its worth it to have the improvements done. The cable company updated all of the wiring, Duke Energy has been here updating everything, there is a new pool, new clubhouse and new townhomes. Everything else has either been rennovated or they are working on it. I applaud the owners and the staff for their hard work and that they still find time to call me to see how happy I am. So for everyone else who is complaining, maybe you should try to find something a bit more fulfilling to do with your time instead of bashing others.

I just want everyone to know who ever reads this one positive review was written by Bridgett the property manager who of course would say that the only people who post on here are complainers, this is what she thinks when you call with a problem with your apt/town home that you are just another complainer so you are just low on the totem pole. The other positive post on here is done by Shannon who is the office assistant.

I have plenty to do with my time. I ran across this website and thought I would put my two cents in. First off I congratulate you on receiving phone calls on how everything was. I have never received a phone call and sometimes do not even receive a notice when someone is going to be in my home. The management is ok. One in particular, but the other seems to be a total bubble head and hardly knows what is going on in the community half the time. You ask a question and it is nothing but mumbling and I'm not sure what is going on. The fact is yes the place is nice but looks can be deceiving. The workmanship is of poor quality things are falling apart easily and not fixed. The answer to that is they are low on maintenance people. Well maybe if you did background checks on the people you hire and not just hire any random joe you might keep any employee. As for you saying that we need to find things more filling to do. Speak for yourself. Obviously you took the time to answer this. of course you normally don't pay attention to things like this. But you had to voice your opinion which I am not doubting is not the first time. It is like people say people opinions are like ***holes everyone has one but they are different. Thats what this is an opinion.
