I have lived in theses apartments for 6 months now, I see more people moving out than I do moving in. If you come by this place and see some of the tenets outside just ask them how happy they are living here, you will hear most of them say they are not happy with the current situation. I was given a check list when I first moved in and I went through and marked a lot of things that needed to be looked at and when I handed the list back I heard "Oh I must have missed all these items in the final walk thru" but it wasn't in a pleasant manner. Most of those items were not taken care of, I even went out and bought my own towel racks, and Shower rod. The toilet runs constantly and I have called twice about that, I have to keep garbage in my apartment for days at a time because the dumpsters are always over flowing. I have seen other people load up there cars with trash to take it else where because they can't throw away the garbage here. I never have a spot close to my place, the children on these ground run rampant and are very loud. The grounds are a disaster, unless you live in the town homes they just built then they actually care about the grounds but if you live in a renovated town home forget it, your chop liver just drive through there they have all new pavement, walk ways, nice landscaping then go to the other side where most people live and you feel like you are in the ghetto compared to the new places.
I normally don't write on these either but after reading the unrealistic expectations post I had to list something. I pay over 1000.00 a month in rent, so yes I do have some expectations. I expect to have clean grounds, I expect to have the items in my place of residence in proper working order it is why I pay 1000.00 a month so I don't have to do it myself for that amount of money I shouldn't have a toilet that runs for hours, I shouldn't have things falling apart in my apartment and then have to fix them myself. For over 1000.00 dollars a month I think in front of my town home I should have nice landscaping not weeds and up kept bushes. I will not be renewing my lease, I will be getting a condo, with the price I'm paying and I have to fix everything myself I might as well have one.
The maintenance staff is friendly it's just they don't know what they are doing, and there is a blond woman in the office that is friendly but the red head is a night mare...I would wait until the blond is in the office if you have a problem but still don't count on it getting done.
