The only thing good about this place was them letting me out of my lease early!!!
Talk about miserable...that's what I was, living in their 3 bedroom townhouse.
Let me tell you about SOME of my experiences there, as awful as it was.
1. My first month there I was robbed by the maintence man. He came into my house while I was out to fix the bannister. I came home to discover cash missing from my underwear drawer and my husbands bank card from his wallet which was in our bedroom.
When I called the office to let them know, the PROPERTY MANAGER (PM) said I was crazy and that she does background checks, it couldn't be.....BUSTED!!
The management did nothing to help but, fire the guy.....our bank account was messed up for months trying to catch up on the damage of what he had spent and what checks we had in circulation out there in bill world.
2. The construction of the townhouses are awful and things fall apart ALL the time....when you let the office know.....don't worry they'll fix it, just give them 2-4 weeks....if you're lucky!! I needed emergency maint one night around 6pm for a clogged drain in my kitchen.....the neighbor had the same problem as me....seeing how our drains connected....they never sent anyone...and said it wasn't an emergency, and could wait until the next day.
3. When we looked at the place, the PM said there would be a park put in, a pool, and a clubhouse......There is no park still to date..... the pool was FINALLY opened 8-1-08.....conviently the day after I moved out...pretty funny! The workout room has 3 cardio machienes in it....and the clubhouse is the office and that is it, not one you could rent for parties or what not.
4. The PM is a liar, rude, and inconsiderate. Drive through the property and ask neighbors about her and the place she runs that could end up being your home. 85% are going to give you a bad review. It is pretty bad when none of your tenants like you and your staff is trying get you fired!! They need to make the leasing agent the PM and get rid of the current one!
5. The new townhouses are really nice....thats about all thats nice.....its all new, with great landscaping. The rest looks like the ghetto and thats how they treat it!!! It was a great plus to have a trash compactor open FINALLY to get rid of the overflowing nasty garbage that was all over....
6. ANOTHER maint man was caught stealing pain pills from a tenant, which once again the PM didn't look into, the tenant had to go behind her back along with the police to nab the guy.....great background checks!!!! yeah right! He was fired too!!!
7. Around the end of 2007, the 2 townhouses had their doors busted down by ICE.....
illegal activities were being conducted there.....sounds safe right!
You never seen this on the news...it was hidden pretty darn well...
8. The place is pet friendly!!!!! but, watch where you step, it might be in dog poo!, even though there are doggie bags all over the property.
9. I paid 960 a month when I signed the lease, while there they jacked the rent up to 1065....so not worth it!
10. The walls are so thin...you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in the neighbors house.
11. I had a garage THANK GOD but, if you don't have one, good luck getting a parking spot anywhere near your door.
So, there are a FEW reasons why I wouldn't recommend this apt community....

The good news is that the community is improving. They have an entire new staff and things are looking up big time. Check out the place for yourself and you will see!
