Good experience - We lived in this place for 2 years and we had no problems at all. The staff was very friendly and prompt with the maintenance. DO NOT RENT AT ALL though the apartments and location both are reasonable, the management is pathetic.. they dont know how to deal with public. Before you are in they will be very courteous and polite but once you sign the lease they will treat you like trash.

I like the size of my apartment and the layout. The grounds are always well kept and the building look nice from the outside. The apartment is not well insulated because ice forms on the inside of the windows when it freezes outside. Otherwise, the apartment is okay. Noise from neighbors

DONT MOVE HERE!!! I moved in at the end of May 2005. Since then we have had 3 broken locks, a broken door frame, our air conditioner leaks our sliding glass door leaks every time it rains and the frame around the door leaks, and as of tonight we have 4 inches of standing water
