I've lived here for 5 years...

PROs: The management/staff is great; they are responsive and friendly and most live here. There's a party hosted by the staff once a month for either an adult or children's party. Location is great and neighborhood is safe. The community is upgrading most of their units. My middle level unit apt. has very low heating & AC costs. Pool is kept rather clean, and the fitness equipment actually works though it is a limited selection.

CONs: Walls are thin. If you combine that with kids who play in the common area until the early morning hours, it is very noisy. If you want some peace, don't pick a unit next to the play/pool area. Keep kids off the driving areas as there are blind turns and speeding cars in the community. The exteriors are not pretty.

Other: Your neighbors will vary within the entire spectrum. However, it is a younger / middle-age community, do not see many elderly people.
