Complained for two years about repairs that needed to be made, once I put it in writing, I was harrassed until I moved.

Lots of things didn't work right, air conditioner, bath tub, toilet, diswasher, garbage disposal,hardware fell off cabinets. I was afraid to call for repairs as I was harrassed when I did.

Vandalism

Mold in the apartment, complaints ignored

Front office staff was super-nice. back office staff and matenience staff not so nice.
