For the first coulple months I lived there everyone was polite, respectful. And for about the first half of my lease maintenance staff responded quickly got the job done right. I have had a problem with one of the maintenance staff that is disrespectful, rude, and really doesn't care about the residence.
After the first half of my lease I would call for something to be repaired or fixed and it would take a week or longer to fix. Some things have yet to be fixed from 4 months ago.
I lived on the bottom floor and I could hear every step of the person above me. I couldn't hear anyone talking but it sounded like they were having dance lessons in the middle of the night.
I had bad problems with the plumbing, with the toilets clogging all the time for nothing, the bathtub stopping up, and the sink overflowing all over the floor.
For the quality of the apartments all around I don't think it was worth the price.
