When I first moved in the neighbor across the hall played his music so loud that I could hear which songs he was playing over my TV. It didn't matter what time of the day it was. I was woke up before the alarm went off for work by the music. When I complained I was told not to worry about it because his lease would be up in a month. The loud music continued until he moved out. As soon as he moved out a couple moved in upstairs and for the past 8 months I have been woken up before the alarm goes off for work by them having sex for an hour straight or more. I can hear them over my radio and TV sometimes. I have complained twice to no avail. When coming home at night sometimes there is no parking and I've had to park two or three buildings down and carry groceries. I've only been here one year and they are already raising the rent. When I inquired about the raise the staff were rude and snickered. The pool is nice but not monitored well. Children run around while adults cuss up a storm and bring beer into the pool area which is not allowed according to the posted rules.
