Fine place to live in Ft. Thomas The grounds are nice, the staff are great. Just follow the rules and everything will go great. You can't beat the price for what you get.
Actually, it isn't the noise from the residents it the noice from quests and their car radios.

2 Words BED BUGS There is plenty of availability right now as they have units that were found to have BED BUGS. They have started allowing month to month renters so the clientelle has gone down drastically.

Great location for downtown commuters and NKU students Convenient location and good service from apartment office. They stay open late for picking up packages, etc. I recommend asking for an apartment away from the main road through the complex, otherwise you'll be listening to drunks
