I am a new resident to this complex. It is very quiet and the people very kind. The manager, Christine, goes out of her way to be helpful and accomodating.
The only downside is that the apartments are very dated - 70-ish. The kitchen cabinet doors are cheaply tacky as well as "bookshelves" in the dining room. They really are a detraction. But the other positives about this place make those things a small thing.
Residents are free to plant flowers in the bedding areas outside their apartments. This place is alive with color.
Each unit is single story, so no noisy neighbors upstairs to annoy you. Location is great - right across the street from the hospital, high school and middle schools. Wal Mart is one block away - who could ask for anything more'
Many people have lived here for a long period of time and that says alot about a complex.
