I lived at Willowood for nearly 5 years. My first year or so were wonderful. Christine, the manager, did her job beautifully. She cared about each tenant and did a lot to ensure proper upkeep of the place. Then she moved on to other things, and the next several managers simply could not measure up. The place was bought by a large management company away from the area - one more example of how Big Business knows how to ruin a good thing! Maintenance began to decline, the type of residents they were allowing to move in were not the sort you'd want as neighbors, the rent continued to go up, and the winters were hard on our vehicles and general well being because they would never plow snow or properly treat ice to keep it from being a hazard. I have mixed emotions leaving the place because it was at one time such a lovely place to call home. But I'm glad to be gone now that they allow it to be such a mess!
