When I first moved into Hampton Farms I had a couple of small issues. For example, my laundry room door had come off its' track and there was condensation in my windows. However, I have to say that these issues have been taken care of quickly and appropriately. The maintenance just finished having a great deal of windows replaced throughout my community, including mine. I was very pleased with the work that was done. Hampton Farms may not be perfect (no community is). But they do what they say they're going to do, are always friendly (maintenance and office), and you can truly tell that they take pride in making our community what it is. I like the layout that I live in (a two-bedroom/two-bath) and the swimming pool is literally right outside my back door. I love it here and am happy to call this place my home. If you're going to be living in Northern Kentucky, you have to come and see for yourself all that Hampton Farms has. It's GREAT!!!
