I've lived at Hampton Farms for a little over a year now and am overall very pleased. The girls are really nice in the office and the service guys, especially Roy, are very nice and talkative as well. Every morning when I leave for work, I see the maintenance guys picking up trash around the community. The landscaping during the summer is gorgeous. Moreso than the landscaping, what I really appreciate is all the green space and wooded areas around us (My apartment happens to overlook a large wooded area). This is also nice since I have a dog that really likes me to run around with him. We had a really bad snow a month or so ago, and although getting to work was tough for everyone in the tri-state area, I was really happy to see the maintenance guys out there working really hard so that we could all go about our normal day. The parking leaves a little to be desired (I can't always park immediately in front of my building if I get home late), but I did receive a letter a couple months ago from the office telling me that they had plans to add another parking lot at my building this spring. This is something I really look forward to. So yeah, overall I'm glad I rented here and will probably renew again when the time comes.
