Hampton Farms apartments make you think that you are paying extra for all of there luxury items, the excercise machines, the hot tubs, etc. The area is nice in that you are close to everything, schools, shopping, and entertainment. The problems with our apartment is that the exercise machines are always broken and never get fixed. The hot tub is never hot, I guess there is not a heating element. When we looked at the model it was really nice. Our apartment has scratched up floors and counters, the cabinet under the sink is rotten, there is mold growing in our windows, and it is not in good condition. You can tell that when people moved out they did a half ass job of fixing things. You can see creases in the walls where old residence had borders up. Our tile in our bath tub is broken and once again half assed fixed. They also do not follow there policy. People are supposed to be fined for leaving there trash on the halls, but some how people are constantly leaving there trash around. We pay way too much for the apartment that we live in. If you are thinking about moving here, be sure you check all of the equipment.
