My best friend and I loved living here. The office staff is very friendly, responsive and helpful. They always tried to do an activity for adults and for kids each month but we never attended due to our schedules. They even handed out goodie bags one morning on our way to work for no special reason. The maintenance staff was always quick to help fix any problem (no matter how minor). One maintenance guy even helped me fix my vacuum even though he wasn't obligated to help.

If you come home late on the weekends, you may not be able to get the closest spot, but we never seemed to really have a problem getting a spot.

The pool was clean and when non-residents (kids from the surrounding neighborhoods) tried to use it, the office staff ran them off. The fitness center is small but it is locked only for resident use and it has an elliptical machine (not just a treadmill and some weights). Residents are allowed to use the clubhouse at no charge (at least when I there it was free) - I had a party there that went over very well with all the guests.

We liked the split-room layout but my roommate had the master (closest to the stairs) and it was noisy at times. What's great is that we were allowed to paint the rooms and didn't have to paint them back to white when we left! Our fridge broke the first week we moved in and within 24 hours we had a brand new one. We had a funky smell in our apartment so the maintenance staff did everything they could to clean/air-out the apartment but it turned out that the neighbors below us were smoking weed and it was coming through the vents. That ended with a call to the police.

The very last night we were there a bunch of cars (10 - 15 I think) had their emblems stolen including my boyfriend, my roommate and her boyfriend's cars. It was a disappointing way to end the lease, but I would move back there in a heartbeat if I wasn't trying to save money in a smaller/cheaper apartment.
