Nice enough for college folk

I've lived here for almost 4 years. The maintenance staff are really great. Unfortunately, we've had to call on them a number of times, twice for flooding problems. I do NOT recommend a first-floor, as the buildings have nothing but a slab of concrete underneath, and the insulation is poor. Conveniently located to NKU and I-275, so that's a plus. A bit pricey, but you're paying for being near the university. Other than that, I've not had too terible an experience.
