Beware of college kids

Overall, I would recommend this complex. However, it does have its draw-backs. The walls really are paper-thin. I heard a girl singing in the apartment below me once. There are a significant number of college kids here, but the management keeps them under pretty good control. They kicked the group under me out. But, you will hear them in the parking lot at night, especially on the weekends.
I haven't had too many problems here and they have promptly fixed them all. They shovel very early after snow (which is nice), but sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot on the weekends. The college kids have parties and take up the lot.
If you can put up with the kids, it is not a bad place.
