first of all my brother attended Law school at NKU and lived here, I would suggest it for NKU students but for anyone else no! The truth is it is a dorm! Which is not a bad thing if your in college, but if your not go somewhere else

I agree with this! We lived there for 9 months and broke the lease because we couldn't stand all the college kids and their loud parties. Nothing was done about it and the cops were called at least once a week to keep the noise down.
