I seriously felt like I was talking to a car salesman when I was looking at these apartments and agreeing on the lease, etc. They made me feel like I was getting the best deal of the year, and I was the only one, but I'm pretty sure it was a pretty standard price. When signing the lease, the values were different than what I agreed on, but quickly fixed once pointed out. They cut my deposit down a couple of hundred dollars, however they don't tell you until you sign the lease that $175 isn't refundable...it is an administrative fee...ugh!

The apartments and grounds overall have a pretty nice look. The location of the complex was the big thing from me....it puts me about 5 minutes from work, depending on traffic.

The apartment allows most dogs and most dogs are represented in the complex. There are lots of dogs. However, the grounds are pretty clean despite all of the dogs. There isn't much area to walk your dog other than down the sidewalk in front of the buildings...not any large grassy area to take them.

The apartment itself is very big and has a very nice layout. I have minor problems in mine (ie, baseboard loose/falling off throughout the place) but nothing to really affect everyday living. I believe one of the complaints about this place is the maintenance. I've had the complete opposite experience. Problems have been fixed the same day or the next, and everything is fixed correctly.

My main advice is if you move here, MOVE TO THE TOP FLOOR! The ceilings are apparently paper thin. I can hear every step the people above me take...not to mention they must play Nerf basketball all night. Very Very loud. It isn't fun moving furniture up 2 flights of stairs, but you will love yourself afterwards...just make sure you are quiet yourself.

Parking is not a factor as there are plenty of spaces. There isn't a designated visitor parking lot or hang tabs for residents. I've never been more than 5 or 6 cars away from my walkway.

Being across the street from Northern Kentucky University, there is a large college crowd and every night is a late night. If you go to bed early, you may want to look elsewhere.

Overall I would tell people to consider the apartments. I'm happy with it but mainly because it cut my commute from 30 minutes down to 5-10. I feel the quality inside the apartment is lacking compared to others however there are several features that would cause me to move in. However, MOVE INTO THE TOP FLOOR!
