I have lived in Highland Ridge for two years now and have lived in several apartment communities other than this over the last ten years. My lease is coming due in the next two months and I absolutely will not be renewing!! Within the last month, the property has been purchased and I don't think the new staff, office or maintenance, knows what they're doing. (Not that the old staff knew what they were doing either) Whenever I have a maintenance request, it always takes them at least three days to get to it and the work isn't even done right!!! The rent is really expensive and there's no grace period for being late(a mortgage even has a grace period). The landscaping looks terrible and cheap and there's some kind of drainage problem going on that I don't even want to get started about. The place is filled with NKU partiers who keep me up all hours of the night. They really should just sell the place to NKU. And from a distance, you'd think I lived in a government assisted property. If you have any pride in where you live, DON'T MOVE HERE!!! I can't wait to leave!

I TOTALLY AGREE!!!!! THEY SHOULD SELL THE PLACE TO NKU FOR ADDITIONAL DORMS, SINCE THAT'S HOW THE NKU STUDENTS TREAT THE PLACE ANYWAY!
