We just got new management which is wonderful. Maintenance is fast and fix any problems quickly. The parking lot just got re-paved, and the pool is a great place to hang out-new fencing also. A great work out room and I have never had any problems with noise or bugs. If I ever moved back into an apartment it would be these. Also, it is close to everything, it is a great community.
