Can't break the lease

I'm moving due to a new job, thus I have to break the lease. Most places I've lived, its usually 2 months rent and then maybe another fee. Not here!! You have to pay $1500, lose your security deposit, and then pay the rent every month thats its not rented. Not a very friendly agreement at all. The other problem is that you have to deal with about 100,000 birds that flock here in the winter and have no respect for a clean car. Otherwise its not a bad place to live.
