BEWARE ALL RENTERS....this is not the place for you if you enjoy a nice community, good maintenance, and good office staff. My friends and I now refer to my apartment complex as "the dump on the hill". I've had problems from day one. My a/c didn't work many times in the summer. The windows are very cheap and condensation is on them. For three months, the cover over my mailbox was lovely plywood that was unprofessionally rigged by the incompetent maintenance and now is painted (but the paint is already peeling). The manager is a dufus, but thinks he knows everything. So beware....moving here would be a big mistake. I can't wait to move-out!! P.S. Even though they tell you your security deposit is refundable, it's not. I'll let you ask for yourself what this is all about!
