NEVER EVER RENT HERE

The people who manage this complex are totally incapable of responsibility. For instance, the manager was partying out at the apartment pool one night and then he started to drive drunk because he lives in Ohio--a friend of mine who lived in a different apartment called the police and he got pulled over. The manager knew who had called (because there were only a couple of people out by the pool with him and his "crew" anyway) so he THREATENED to evict my friend!!! For no reason other than revenge. How childish is that' The only reason the police were even involved is because the guy could have killed someone. The maintenance is trashy, they ask for beer when they come into a young person's apartment--assuming that is what they have in their fridge and offer to repay you with "free" maintenance items that may save you some money like it is all fun and games. While I lived there, they decided to repave the parking lot for the whole complex so everyone had to compact all of their vehicles within half of a section. What a mess that was! When I initially moved in, they had to clean the carpets and when I went to check on the place--THE KEYS WERE IN THE DOOR AND THE DOOR WAS WIDE OPEN!!!!! I took the keys out and looked into the apartment to make sure everything was okay and then locked it up and went to our friends apartment. I was appalled that the door was open AND the keys were there for anyone to take. Since I took the keys, I waited for the management to let me know that there was a problem--there was never a word mentioned. The sliding glass door lock was broken which was a pain. I had to get someone to fix it that didn't work at the apartment because anyone could break in at any given time. I definitely don't recommend this place for children or anyone over the age of 23. The only GOOD thing about this apartment complex is that they are lenient about having pets which is nice because I love animals. And they have a pet pick-up area which is usually stocked with clean up bags and a garbage can so you don't have to carry the mess inside. The amount you have to pay is ridiculous though for the service.
