management is very slow to respond to maintenance issues.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
the apartment was not ready at move-in. management knew a month in advance of my move in date and the apartment was vacant. in fact, it took another week after move-in to get anything finished by the maintenance dept.
it is one of the slowest maintenance departments i have ever seen at an apartment community.
the apartment also was not clean and had an obvious odor that management chose to ignore, until i brought it up to them.move-in was a pain that did not have to happen that way.
