It is very close to NKU. But the property isn't very well taken care of.. Little over price of the size of the apartments. Badly insulated. You could hear everything! I heard the ppl next door have sex practically every night. The walls are poorly built, they cracked everytime I took a step. Very Pet friendly though. But, they dont clean up after them. amenites are on average. Plus not too long along it caught on fire. You can try to take your chances, if you are a risk taker
