From day one, the place was filthy dirty when we moved in and it smelled. I had to clean the place from top to bottom. The front office lied about the electic bills running $50.00 a month, more like $150.00. The air went out the first month we were there and the fixed it "temporarily". It went out again the next May, on a hot Saturday and we couldn't get the maintenance people to call back for over 2 days. If there is a snow storm, you don't get the sidewalks cleared off and the steps are were slippery. As for the new management, it isn't any better then before. The office phone has an emergency number and then the websit has another one, and neither called back. This place is in terrible shape and the rent is outrageous, I would tell anyone who asked to, find somewhere else to live, this place is terrible
