Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I moved to Highland Ridge in September 2007 so it's been almost a year. I have had no issues that aren't to be expected in such a large & diverse complex. I was allowed to have my apartment painted prior to moving in and it now looks more like a Condo than just your average apartment. The cost was worth every cent!
I've had two maintence issues (one was heat) and was corrected within an hour. The second isn't even really an issue but my ceiling fan hasn't worked and they are planning to replace it completely. The grounds are kept nice and clean given the fact that there are some irresponsible tennants without regard for other peoples property. I commend their dedication to the appearance! There are several amenities that are available ie: Gym & a tanning bed! If you utilize them and subtract the cost of what a membership would cost outside of here the rent is not unreasonable.
The staff has always been completely courteous and professional. A special shout out to the groundskeeper, Darrel (maintenence) and Sara in leasing.
I appreciate the staff's ability to think outside the box! Planning "happy hours", contests on porch decorations, etc. Just something a little extra to make you feel like you are part of a community!
I highly reccomend living at Highland Ridge. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
