I lived at Highland Ridge for 2 years. While the management there was somewhat frustrating at the beginning, management has been taken over by a staff member who we all loved and trusted prior to him taking over. Now, the staff is amazing. Maintenance was always quick, easy, and reliable. You can rent washers and dryers and the complex is very pet friendly. Also, they have free happy hours with all the beer and food you want for free, which are actually fun and not just the dorky thing no one goes to. Their pool is very nice and well maintained. There is a sand beach volleyball court and the parking was never a problem. Also, my 1-bedroom apartment was one of this biggest 1-bedrooms I had ever seen. I really liked the layouts as well because even if people around me were having people over, their living rooms were on the opposite side from my bedroom. I only left because I had to move for a job. Really, great place to live that got a really bad rep because of previous management.
