If you go to NKU this is a good place to live because it is so close. However, the closet is small in the one bedroom (wish I had a walk in). Rent includes pet fee for one pet and a washer and dryer rental. So far, any problems I have had were corrected promptly. Darrell the manager of the property is great. He is very nice. Believe me, untill he came along the management here was a hot mess. Now though, things are smooth. The parking here is always great (compared to Hampton Farms-the other NKU commmunity.) This place is pretty damn expensive for what you get but the high price is due to the location and the location is great. Right next to school, 5 minutes to downtown. A plus.
