I have lived at Highland Ridge Apartments for 3 years and am only leaving now because I accepted a job out of town (I am not a student). I have loved living here, the property is beautiful, secluded and well kept. The very few maintenance issues I had were promptly addressed. Darrell, the Property Manager and all of his staff are very friendly, ready to help you with whatever you need and provide great customer service. The first 2 years I lived here, I had a large dog and there was plenty of green space available to walk him, convenient pet stations around the property with plastic bags to use and lots and lots of other dogs for him to play with and visit - and the staff make everybody's pet welcome at the clubhouse. The pool area and clubhouse areas were kept clean and I felt I was always welcome to bring my friends up to any of the various functions sponsored by the management staff. I am very sorry that I have to leave Highland Ridge and hope I find a new out of town apartment this nice. I highly recommend Highland Ridge Apartments to anyone looking for an attractive, safe place to live!
