Nice location. Located next to NKU, only 3 minutes to the nearest Interstate, but with little traffic noise.
Complex is in a U shape, with a large grassy area and playground in the middle. No road access to the playground area, so little worry about letting the kids run.

Excellent service by Maintenance. They fixed every concern I had when I moved in, and have continued to do so since.
Lost our A/C Compressor Unit early AM one day, and they had it fixed same day by 11 AM!

Yes! it is really close to NKU , But the lasy told me that NKU stidents are not allowed to live there. Plus, you have to be poor to live there. My feeling is if you dont like NKU or its students, you have picked a really bad place to have your community. LOL
