Good student housing While grounds are rundown, the apartments are in decent condition, considering they are student housing. The maintenance and front office staff are helpful and get back with you quickly. Although it is a little outdated, it is a very large space for a lower price

Big Yes I lived in Highland Ridge for 1 year and never had an issue. Staff is very friendly and keep you informed of all events around town. From time to time they will do events at the club house for the residents. Great living experience

A great place to live I have been living in Highland Ridge for 18 months. I am slightly disabled and find the office staff is always wearing a smile and willing to go out of their way to assure my comfort level. The maintenance men are very friendly and skillful. My heat went out over the winter
