These are dorms NOT Apartments first of all my brother attended Law school at NKU and lived here, I would suggest it for NKU students but for anyone else no! The truth is it is a dorm! Which is not a bad thing if your in college, but if your not go somewhere else

Beware of Dog The biggest downfall of this complex is that it is becoming overrun with pets. For some reason people like to get really large dogs, especially puppies that are really Hyper and like to run constantly. So I definitely recommend a top floor.

What was I thinking?? My apartment was not ready on the day they said it would be. I had to move things into another vacant apartment on my move in date!! I had 3 car loads of things here to be moved in and than I was told that they couldnt legally let me vacate the apartment. The manager is a jerk
