I have lived here since April of 07 and now plan to move in July this year - not soon enough for my liking. Every tenant I have talked to, along with myself, have ran into major problems with the management(which keeps changing). Even the maintenance workers say the management is horrible. They tack on extra fees without warning you, tell you one payment fee then later say you need to pay more, and if you have a problem you will have to remind them several times over a couple months before they take care of it-if they even do!!! The apartments are ok (basic and with outdated appliances), the neighborhood has shootings and children running around unwatched, the location is nice. The management is the problem and no matter who you are, if you stay here for at least 6 months, you will run into major problems. No one I know stays here very long. My building has 12 apartments and I have seen each apartment go though AT LEAST 2 tenants in the year I have been here, many have gone through 3 or 4.

Did you ever stop to think that maybe most of the tenants are military and are constantly deploying or going to another duty station and that is why they don't live there very long? It is the same way with every apartment complex around Ft. Campbell. And by law they cannot tack on "extra fees" without warning and for no reason. Perhaps you didn't pay the rent on time. Also every fee is stated in your lease so you would easily be able to prove your case rather than vaguely complaining on the internet. I suppose the management should stay after work when the kids get off school and babysit the kids in the neighborhood. Try calling Department of Children's Services or the police if children aren't being watched instead of blaming the management.

I will agree a lot of people move because of the military. However that is all I will agree with on the above response. I live in the townhouses and have nothing but agravation since I moved in. One, they don't tell you that you pay your bills on time but nothing ever gets reported to a credit agency. Which by the way is KY law. Your utility bills are outrages because they improperly installed all the AC units. My ceiling has been leaking from the upstairs shower since I moved in. I have asked for this to be looked at so what they did was put a scrape piece of wood down. Idiots. I went out got what I needed and did it myself. They tell you "this is a hard townhouse to sell" when find out thats what they tell everyone. Than to make all matters worse there are robberies all the time. Even with the cops circling around. If you live in the apartments its like a ghetto. This place is a joke.
