I love my apartment!

I replied to the negative review on Delaware!
The property is one of a kind for the city of Indpendence. I love how it's set in the country atmosphere, but still only 10 minutes away from Florence and all the other larger areas in Kenton and Boone counties. The people are great, the manager and maintenance man are wonderful.
I get a great apartment with water paid, high speed internet, and I heard they are including direct tv in september.
I was about to leave in March, I agree the place sucked. The manager didn't manage a thing. Now, this new guy takes care of everything!
Take my word, check this place out!
