My mother in law moved to this complex last year and promptly broke her lease because the community was so bad. For starters, the cleanliness of the grounds, and the insides of the hallways/stairwells are poor. There is a stench as soon as you walk into any building that is foul. In addition, there are always beer cans and other trash items that litter the parking lot, yards, and walk ways. In addition, management is very shady. My relative was told that the clubhouse and pool were inclusive in her rent. After signing her lease and moving in, she went to the pool to be told (by the same manager) that the pool costs extra. In addition, there is a bad group of "juvenile delinquents" running about who live there. These kids several times beat up smaller children (I'm talking 3 and 4 year olds) and vandalized property and cars without any retaliation, despite numerous complaints to management by several residents.

In addition, the 1BR are very small compared to the price you pay. You can find larger apartments for a lower price in the Florence/Ft Mitchell areas.

The neighbors are also very loud and inconsiderate. Like clockwork, every weekend you will see the cops arresting someone for indecent exposure, intoxication in public, domestic violence, etc. It was like watching "Cops" in real life.
