My wife and I have lived here for a year and it's not as bad as everyone has described. The complaints I have is that the walls and ceilings (I'm on the middle floor) are extremely thin. I could hear cats running around upstairs and dogs barking downstairs. The people on the other side of me never made a noise.

Maintenance was very responsive but not always solved the problem. My wife would call about the Kitchen light not working properly and they were there either that day or the next. However they would only replace the bulb instead of actually fixing the light. We also had a drippy faucet in the full bath and they actually fixed that.

One strage thing is that the dryer is stored in the utility closet in the second bedroom instead of the space next to the washer. Not that big of a deal, just strange.

Pool is small for the size of the complex but we didn't use that very much.

The appliances in the kitchen were nothing special but they did work. Lots of cabinet space considering it's a walkthrough.

Rent was excellent and that is why I'm not badgering this complex. (You get what you pay for!)

Just because the rent in "excellent" doesn't mean that people should settle for less. The owners and managers of this complex should take pride in giving their tenants their best. If I didn't give my customers the best that they deserve (after all they are paying customers) I wouldn't have any customers. Aren't you worth more than second best?

I disagree. I dont think this place is even worth the amount that they charge. Its not worth a penny. I think that ---- has ran this place in the ground.
