------ the landlord is nice, but you never see her. If you call her with a problem, she just sends ---- the leasing manager to do her dirty work. ---- is a huge rude -------- for real. And her ------- looks like a real life -------------. They say he is a security officer, but he isn't. He is just a --- guy with a flashlight who loves to call the tow truck on people. He will be nice to your face and a ---- behind your back so whatever.

The maintenance are retarded. The ------- maintenance man, who is no longer there, was really nice but did not speak English at all. I'm sure he meant well. He had another maintenance guy living with him who was creepy as hell. As a young woman, I was honestly afraid of him because he had a pedo smile and was always creeping around trying to talk to girls there. There was one maintenance man who doesn't live in the complex but he always seemed to get the job done. That is when you could finally get him to come check out your problems.

My roommate and I paid for our apartment two months before we moved in, which was plenty of time to do the clean up and renovations needed. We even gave them a list of things that needed to be done just from viewing the apartment. When we moved in NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE! That should of been our first clue of what was to come. The place was still dirty and disgusting from the last residents. Ms. ---- "-----------" sucks at her side job. Oh, and at life.

The carpet had stains, things didn't work, things were broke. We requested new carpet from the get-go but they never gave it to us.

The walls were so thin, we could hear everything in the apartment above us. I constantly could hear babies crying and a couple fighting all the time. The cops were called to the complex all the time. ------------- does not do a good job as the "security officer".

The bathroom from the time we moved in until the time we left was absolutely disgusting no matter how many times we cleaned it. It was like plastic and mold and all kinds of gross stuff was always creeping out of it. It looked like the girl from the "The Ring" was trying to get into our shower.

--- ---- and her --- ------- often told us that we needed to keep our dogs from barking. Dogs bark, they may have forgotten that though because they have a 15 year old that is old as ---- and half ----. ---- even suggested having our dogs put to sleep! How rude!

The plumbing in our bottom unit was terrible. On about 5-6 occasions in the time that we lived there, we would not have working water. A pipe burst in the hallway and flooded my room. The water heater leaked heavily twice and destroyed our hallway carpet. One morning I woke up to the main bathroom toilet overflowing and flooding the bathroom because the pipes backed up into our apartment. There was NEVER hot water.

Within the first month, our cabinets were falling off, things were missing from appliances, handles of the closets were broken, our AC broke and leaked all over my closet and they didn't bring us a new filter for like THREE MONTHS!

We had to write an angry letter within the first month to get everything repaired (and not everything was repaired) but the first day we had our dog, they sent us a letter asking to pay the pet deposit. THEY ARE QUICK TO RESPOND TO SOMETHING IF THEY THINK THEY WILL GET MONEY OUT OF IT.

It has been about four months since my roommate and I moved out. For any reason, this is the one not to live there. THEY CHARGED US FOR F-ING EVERYTHING! Remember that stained gross carpet I talked about before that was stained when we moved in and destroyed by the water heater' We were charged 700 dollars to replace it. They claimed our dogs did damage to things that were already damaged. They charged 80 dollars to throw away two kitchen chairs that we left in the living room.

The only thing I liked about the apartment was.. The location and our bottom unit had a little walk out area. That is like 2/923789737373739389. How about them odds'

---------, ------, ---- and ------------- are all money hungry bastards. They play nice to get you to live there, play rough while you do live there and completely rape you on the way out.

We paid 575 a month for a two bedroom, and when we were moving we heard they were raising the rent. It's so not worth it. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

----...you're not kidding anyone! You wrote the 1st response here from "Mrskleensmaids" and the review titled "LOVE IT" both on 8/30/07. Security Officer? Since when is your ------- the Security Officer? He goes around at night w/ a flashlight checking the parking tags in the residents cars, being rude to the residents & behaving like he owns the place. As far as the ------- maintenance man being able to speak english...yes, he can. However, for some reason I will never understand, he pretends not too. I have tried to speak to him face to face a few times and he completely ignored me. ----, you were extremely rude to the resident that posted this review. Suggesting his/her dog can be euthanized...you are the most mature "Leasing Agent" (HA!) out there. To anyone even remotely thinking about moving to Fairway Park, DON'T!!!! If ----, the "Leasing Agent" has no problem deceiving you by posing as a regular resident (again, see review titled "LOVE IT"), she, ------ & --------- have no problem deceiving you any other time. They lie, lie, lie! About EVERYTHING!!!! If you have children, they will have no place to play. They pulled all of the playground equipment out and never replaced it. If you like a clean place to come home too, not going to happen here. The entry ways are disgusting! The green carpet is stained beyond belief and they never clean it! The entry doors are always covered in ---- bugs and cob webs - they never clean it! If you like to go out on the deck and grill a nice dinner, you'll be lucky if the deck doesn't collaspe! I agree w/ the resident that originally posted this, the walls and floors are thin. You can here phones ringing, answering machine messages (clearly) and fights - lots of loud screaming, violent fights. ---- - how many times have the police been called to Fairway Park? Hmm, I wonder if she'll respond? If she does, she'll just lie and say never or hardly ever.

Fairway SUCKS!!! the ppl living in my building complain about us for stuff we don't even do!! i can hear the neighbors clearly.. they're quick to tow cars, even if it's a resident who has lost their parking p---, as long as it'll make them some kinda money!! "---------" wouldn't accept ---istance which is FREE MONEY... from an agency willing to help families in need... Why? they don't want "those type of ppl" living there? no wonder there are so many homeless people in america!! I've known several ppl living in Fairway park... all hated it!! it is NOT worth all the drama!

I have been living in the FPA for a little over six years now and other than the roach, noise, crime, and leaky pipe problems, I have no complaints. I feel it is a top-notch place to live.

amazingly enough, these are all anonymous... shocking. Slander is easy when it is held anonymously. As far as crime issues, please feel free to contact the local police department for any information on (non existent) crime issues. In regards to my cleaning business, we do not provide service to FP or any other apartment communities.

I mean there are too many people saying the same thing about this property. Are you mad that people have called you out on your property management skills? Do you have a degree in Management? I bet you didn't even graduate from college. You think that you are better than everyone. Well, honey I hate to tell you but you are not. I can't wait until one of these of people come back and sue your company. I mean look at the ratings the property, a 32%. If thats not screaming you are doing something wrong, I dont know what will. Get it together and face the facts that you are doing a horrible job at Fairway Park. You will NEVER be ------ or "top notch" management!!! Sorry ---!
