Our family has lived at Fairway Park for 5 years and do not plan to move any time soon. We enjoy living here so much that we moved our grandmother into one of the nearby buildings. The security gives you a real feel of safety. It is a very family friendly community. Having the Manager, leasing agent, security officer and maintenance personel on the premises gives you a real feeling that there is someone to call at any time if you need to. I think that the only people that may have a problem with the management living on property are the ones that want to do no good.

Lisa, you aren't fooling anyone. No one is going to believe that Fairway Park is a nice place to live. As soon as they step foot in one of the buildings and see the disgusting carpet that looks like it is rotting underneath your feet, they will know not to go any further.

haha... only feeling i had was people trying to start stuff with my family, and won't get off residents' backs!!!!!!!!! you guys think your better than everyone else! and seriously.. goin around with a flashlight EVERY night to make sure someone's not parked up front that shouldn't be?? maybe you guys should spend some of the money your overcharging ppl and make a few more parking spots. there are other ppl in the world that visit their relatives who are handicapped, so why are there only spots for handicapped Residents? why should you make a handicapped visitor walk 85988666 miles to get to their family?

I disagree completely. How can you feel that way when the carpet in the hallways are disgusting. The dumpsters are painted trashy, and the pool is filled with scum? I hate living here and can not wait to move. This place is a joke. And so is your review. Dont lie.

Lisa once again. Yeah we all know that you think that is the best place to live. Fairway park is probably the nicest place you will ever live in. Its no wonder you think this place is the greatest. I hate to tell you but its not. Its falling apart, old appliances, cracks in the ceilings, etc. The parking lot is horrible, no where to park ever. The pool that you take pride in, its not that great. The carpets in the building is green and probably has been there for over a decade. Your not fooling anyone. LOOK AT YOUR RATING LISA!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
