Cons outweigh the Pros for me, but everyone is different...

It all depends on what you're looking for. But please read my review before moving here. The 2 good things about living here for me are: 1.) I have a 2 bedroom. The size of the place is pretty good, and the layout is nice. The bedrooms are on totally opposite sides of the apartment which would be nice if you have a roommate. 2.) I have a wonderful view off my balcony. It's a peaceful view of the woods, one of the best I've had. But I was lucky to end up having the view I do.
Now, if you can deal with the following things, you can move in here with no problem. First of all, the parking is horrible. Probably about 4 nights a week I end up parking in the visitors parking lot which is a not a short walk back to my place. They'll tell you they tow the visitors parked in front, but they don't.
Second, the walls are VERY thin. I've never met my neighbor below me, but I can tell he's a man of older age, has a lifeline that I hear go off every once in a while, and his TV is always on at its MAX volume. I can sing along with the commercials on the TV. I can also occasionally hear the kids in the apartment next to me, and the water running in both apartments. Some people will tell you that's just apartment living, but I never lived somewhere where I can hear EVERYTHING all the time. It's really bad. Read the other reviews if you don't believe me.
Third, the floors squeak every step I take. Granted, the place is old, but I feel bad for the old man living below me. I'm a bit of a night owl and every night I literally tip toe around because I feel like I'm keeping him up.
Fourth, there's a duck pond here, which is nice, I like the idea, but it looks bad. It's way too deep and looks a little trashy to be honest. Also, the hallway carpets are very gross and dirty, and I don t think they will ever replace that cheap carpet. I was also promised new appliances when I moved in, HA! My dishwasher smells like feet every time I run it, which I don t anymore, and it's not installed straight. I didn't have ONE new appliance. I wouldn't care if I wasn't promised it you know' Last of all, the decks are chipping paint and it gets tracked into your apartment. They replaced some decks a few months ago but never painted them. So now some are old and painted white and chipping, and some are just unpainted wood. It looks bad. Come on, you're an apartment complex, your decks should match! So take what I say into consideration. I pay $598.60/month to live here which includes rent and water, so it's not that expensive I guess, but when my lease is up, I'm outta here!

After reading all these reviews, it makes me wonder why no reports them to the Better Business Bureau.
