My son rented an apartment in this community with his girlfriend who was expecting their first child. I helped them as a co-signer-BIG MISTAKE. After moving in to the apartments they constantly were bombarded with one negative occurrence after the other. 1st they complained that they were getting off of work to late and climbing the stairs in the middle of the night. Because they were climbing the steps at night and waking up the kids in other apartments she wanted to kick them out. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I WAS WONDERING IF WE COULD KICK OUT THE NEIGHBORS BECAUSE THEIR KIDS CRIED ALL DAY WE WERE TRYING TO SLEEP! 2nd they complained that boots could"nt be left outside in the dead of winter and discarded 2 pairs of Timberlands in front of the door. We called the police for theft over $400.00 but ------ wormed her way out of it.The kids were left with no boots for the middle of winter. 3rd they towed our vehichle on a holiday for no reason other than she(------) forgot that it was listed on the rental agree
ment and assumed it was someone elses car parked their illegally. That little stunt cost us over $1000.00. 4th she was given a 30 day notice after living their for all of 9 months because we could no longer tolerate the daily harassment. It disappeared. And After completely moving out in Novemeber ------ sued in court for an eviction! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! The Judge,thank god threw it out of court. Either way. The apartment community kept their $300.00 deposit, Sued for Nov. and Dec. rent plus $600.00 reimbursement for special offered at time of move in and charged thenm over $300.00 for cleaning and repairs because somehow the repair sheet disappeared. a perfectly clean apartment. Funny thing is I took pictures of the apartment because the apartment manager never world come up and do a walk through so we could get her signature that the apartment was in perfect condition.

Now these SOB's have filed against evertones credit. Hang up on you every time you try to call them. Refuse to give the number to property manager... and the kids can't even move anywhere else until this ---- is settled. It has been going on for a year.
I think we should all band together and sue them for our monies.
If you are interested in getting back your credit and maybe even recovering some of your money lets get a lawyer.
