Please don't let these negative reviews hinder you from a great place to live. I have been at Fairway Park for 10 years, lived in 4 different units, and never had any of the problems people are listing here. I think if you're a problem person you will find trouble anywhere you go, but if you're a peaceful person who pays their rent on time every month then you should have a good experience living at Fairway. The apartments are spacious, neighbors are friendly, management does the best they can, and maintenance does a good job too. These are the nicest and cheapest apartments in all of NKY, so stop in and see ----, view a model and call Fairway Park your home.

Interesting.. I paid my rent on time and caused no trouble... yet the apartment was still nasty/dirty, the management still sucked, the parking was still awful, the hallways were still never clean, the sidewalks were never shoveled, ---- was still a --- -----, they still --------- me on my deposit when I moved out, the water heater still exploded, the bathrooms still flooded.. I could go on for days. Your logic is flawed and you need to remove ----'s ---- from your mouth. You're obviously either her or friends with her.

Dear Anonymous, Have some credibility and post your name next time, and have some class about yourself. You probably trashed your unit and didn't get your deposit back. FYI - My mom also lived at Fairway for 14 years, she recently left to move into senior citizen housing, never paid her rent late and never had any problems. You sound like somone who complains a lot and I bet your glass is half empty all the time.

I can say that I have lived in these apartments and hated every bit of it there. I completely disagree with the remark about paying your rent on time and causing trouble. I was always on time with my rent and never caused any trouble. I don't even know if anyone knew that I lived there because I was so quiet. I know that I lived there for a year and my apartment flooded many of times. What was the worst part it was from the toilet from upstairs. I can honestly say that management was aware of it and never did anything about it. The parking is a huge problem there and will always be one. The hallways are disgusting and have out dated carpet. The property manager is extremely rude and has no clue how to run a property. We did have a lot of floods in our apartment and needed new carpet once I moved out. I still rented a carpet cleaner and tried to make sure everything was in outstanding condition. However, I was still charged for the carpet. I believe it Karma and God does not like Ugly ----!
