This place is a nightmare, the rent is fairly cheap and it does include all bills. That is about the only good thing you can say about it. The windows are cracked and don't open. The hallways are littered with garbage. All the building are infested with roaches and it has bed bugs. The wiring is unsafe the braker would kick if you vacumed and had a light on at the same time. The walls and ceiling are cracked. The plumbing is always leaking. Since the water and electric is included with the rent, 3 times in one year the electric was cut off and the water 2 times because the office did not pay the bill. The fridge does not get cold and only 2 burners worked enance is a nightmare if you request something done it takes at least a month and you have to put in writing and take it to the office. Then when they try to fix it it is not done properly. The maintenance man tried to fix our toilet 3 times while we lived there and never fixed it and it was just a broke handle, and you can not communicate with them there are 2 maintenance guys and they both only speak spanish. The kitchen sink leaked so much the cabinet below it rotted out and we replaced and fixed the leak ourself. The parking lot is tiny and people are constantly bagging into each other. also it is in a bad section of town I have seen open drug dealing on the street, people dring in the parking lot,prostitution, and 2 guys were shot in the parking lot at seperate times. Their is a lot of gang activity in this area. And there was even 2 seperate sexual assaults in the parking lots at different times. The management does not fix the place up, and they let the crackheads from the surrounding apartments cut through the courtyards and they steal anything you have on your porch if you live on the bottom level. We had 2 bikes and 1 scooter of our childrens stolen. They rent to anybody there was people dealing drugs out of 3 of the surrounding apartments. I never felt safe there and would not recommend it to anyone especially if they have children.
