I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to a bum living on the street, although more than likely he could afford it. There are no washer dryer hookups, no dishwasher, and all of the tenants stuffing diapers into the toilets regularly causes everyones septic systems to overflow. Twice in one week I came home to discover human feces in my bathtub that had erupted out of my drain. The bugs...they have the largest spiders and silverfish I have ever seen in my life. If you notify the office, they will call the people to come and spray if your lucky. Those bug people must get paid very little because the woman that came to my apartment sprayed two corners of my entire apartment and left. The walls in this place are ridiculously thin. It sounded like my neighbors were in the same room with me, and the neighbor that lived above me found every single creek in the floor and did aerobics on that creek for hours. It is in a nice location, and its close to everything. Although with everything else that Autumn Park has wrong with it...location isn't that big of a plus. The woman who is the manager is painfully sweet, but the guy who owns the complex is something to be desired. He will scream at you if you ask a question he doesn't like....I know because he screamed at me. When I moved in I was told no pets. Although I continued to see little dogs running around everywhere that continued to crap in the grass and no one bothered to clean it up. It was just a complete waste of money....
