Lets get the bad out of the way. I have been here for over three years. Trust me , if you want privacy , look elsewhere . You can hear everything that goes on above you and below you . We know when you are sleeping , having sex , urinating , which tv station you are watching , and if you live in a down stair apartment , the footsteps above you can drive you insane . Each step is sooooo loud . Say nothing that you do not want anyone to hear due to the fact that if you are in the hallway , you can hear everyword that is said in your apartment. Management : Keeps grounds looking nice except the acre lot behind apartments , where many nice snakes visit , pool is maintained when first opened. After that chemicals are not properly used . management is ok when you can find her , which is rarely.
The good : Great location , Very Quite outside , No loud traffic , woodsy area , good parking , bus line at end of street , all electric , walk to a lexington Legend ballgame , near many shopping areas.
