Very disappointed...Where do I begin'

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I ended up in a tight spot and needed an apartment within a week. Brandywine seemed like a good choice because I was getting an 499 apartment for 399. Turns out that they tell eveyone that at all times of the year. I haven't known anyone who ever paid 499 for the one bedroom but they always think they are getting a great deal. I just resigned a lease after being mislead. The apartment manager (who is a pain in the ass) told me that there was no way that they could lease the apartment for 399 again. So I resigned on the 24th of this month at 449/month. Then I noticed on the first of this month that I had three new neighbors moving in. All of which told me they got their apartments at 399 /month. Try to find something else. I wouldn't recommend it.
