My experience with Brandywine has been great! The rent is affordable; I am a college student and can't afford a pricey apartment, but I of course want a clean, safe, nice place to live. Brandywine is all of those things. The landscaping is nice, too: there are plenty of trees and shrubs with lots of grassy areas. There is ample parking. The maintenance people are great, too; they have come on several occasions to fix minor things at my apartment and they arrived within an hour or two to do so. They are friendly, too. All of the staff is approachable, friendly, and nice. I would recommend Brandywine to anyone.
